Joy botanical reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Using this website signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Liability
Joy Botanical will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft as a result of your use of this website. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. Joy Botanical will not be liable for any damage or theft associated with an arrangement that has left the Joy Botanical premises. Joy Botanical strives to ensure the freshest, premium product is used in all of our arrangements, but we do understand with a natural product some things are out of our control. Joy Botanical will not be held responsible for arrangements once they have left the possession of Joy Botanical.
Cancellations/Changes
Any order made on this website will be subject to a non-refundable $20 administration fee in the event of an order cancellation. Joy Botanical will refund the full order amount, less a $20 administration fee, provided the order is cancelled with 24 hours notice (eg. 24 hrs prior to the nominated date of delivery). All cancellations need to be communicated via email to joybotanical@gmail.com or via phone on 0437 134 021 to be eligible for cancellation and refund.
Changes to your order can be made 24 hrs prior to the nominated delivery date, provided the order has not left our premisis. Changes will not be confirmed until any fees, charges and additional payments are processed.
Nominated delivery date may be changed, provided 24 hours notice is given and the order has not left our premises.
Refund policy
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and unfortunately cannot be granted for change of mind, incorrect date selection or due to missing our delivery cut-offs.
Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
Credit notes may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
As flowers are a perishable product that are reliant on conditions outside of our control, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of flowers with any issues or concerns.
Product Information
All product information, images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect or represent the final product. Style and product choice remain at the discretion of Joy Botanical and may be subject to change from what is communicated without notice.
Any images related to a product are for demonstration purposes only, specific floral choices, vase, paper and ribbon selection remain at the discretion of Joy Botanical and will change with each arrangement. Any specific requests need to be made via phone and are subject to seasonal availability. Where product substitutions occur, products of equal or greater value will be used.
Delivery
Orders must be made before 10am for the same day delivery.
If the order is made after this time, the order will be delivered as per the date chosen.
The sender will be responsible for ensuring all recipient address details are correctly communicated. Any unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details will be subject to a re-delivery fee, payable by the sender. Joy Botanical will endeavour to communicate with the sender and the recipient upon failed delivery, taking all reasonable measures to ensure there is a safe place to leave the arrangement.
The sender will also be responsible for ensuring that delivery of goods to a secured premises (eg apartment, secured building, gated premises) will be received by the recipient, failure to do so will result in the arrangement being returned to the Joy Botanical studio and a re-delivery fee charged.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the goods will be returned to the Joy Botanical studio and the sender will be responsible for any associated re-delivery fees.
Price and Size
All of our Blooms are sourced locally where possible and prices and sizes may vary depending on seasonal availability. The flowers that we choose to use at Joy Botanical are premium selections. This means you’re not just just getting a regular Rose, but a beautiful local garden or Columbian rose. Not just a Gerbera, but a beautiful, large Disbud. Not just a Lily, but a beautiful scented Stock. If you’re looking for a beautiful, on-trend, unique floral creation then look no further!
While the prices may vary, the value of our floral designs remains the same. We want to send the right message for you – whether it be a thank you, a happy birthday, a congratulations or a message of love. Flowers are not meant to last forever, but they do leave a lasting impression!
